Information About Hess:
Personal Description:
I have a valid CRB/DBS and also I possess a Qualified Teacher Status. I can tutors students in English, Maths (from primary to GCSE) and IT (from primary to university level). Though by profession, I am also a computer programmer, I have successfully assisted Common Entrance plus English and Maths GCSE students to make progress towards reaching their individual educational goals. Furthermore, I have a Masters, BSc (Hons), Masters Certificate in TEFL plus other programming and business related qualifications and certificates. I am willing to travel up to 5 miles and can provide online tutoring too.
Teaching Experience:
I have been successfully teaching since 1999. Indeed, I have experience of working in both primary and secondary schools, as well as university students. I have experience of Common Entrance Exam preparation and in working with young people with a range of abilities. I make the work accessible to all the students, so they are able to optimise their learning and fulfill their educational outcomes.
Tutoring Approach:
I have a friendly approach to tutoring. Students unique learning styles are accommodated and they are treated with respect and courtesy. The learning is undertaken in a positive manner, so the students are able to learn and make progress with their studying.
