Hannah - Wandsworth tutor
Information About Hannah:
Personal Description:
I have just completed a Sociology degree at University of Manchester and work part time in Human Resources at 02 whilst simultaneously training in the GBR Fencing Team. I love teaching children because of their thrill at accomplishing challenges.
Teaching Experience:
I have taken part in buddy reading at primary and secondary schools, and have coached many children in the sport of Fencing and Netball with much success.
Tutoring Approach:
In my own experience as a pupil and a tutor, the problem is rarely the level of knowledge, but exam technique, critical/analytical thinking, writing skills, and the selection of relevant information needed for specific grades. Therefore, I work to help the pupil improve in these areas so as they can reach their full potential.
Lessons will be engaging, and will be adapted to each individuals strengths and weaknesses, so that skills learnt can be adapted to other areas of study and life.
I can accommodate to students due to my flexible schedule.
