Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Naresh and I am a Medical Doctor.
In addition, I hold two previous degrees: a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) double major in Biology and Biochemistry. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health.

Originally from the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean , I have been schooled both in British and American format educational systems. I find teaching personally rewarding and have been doing so on a part time basis for about ten years.

Teaching Experience:

> Tutored undergraduate level university courses and medical level courses for the Department of Educational Services at St. Georges University.

> Tutored undergraduate level courses for the Department of Life Sciences at the University of the West Indies.

> Taught "A" level, "O" level and Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) supplementary classes at local educational academy in Trinidad.

> Designed and executed training workshops for adults for the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), regional office of the World Health Organization (WHO).

> Designed and implemented educational science camps for the National Institute for Higher Education, Science and Technology (NIHERST) in Trinidad.

Tutoring Approach:

Although flexible, I find it optimally beneficial to utilise an informal learning environment to deliver an individually tailored, mutually agreed upon programme designed to meet the educational goals of the tutee.
