Personal Description:

I am a post graduate student studying Msc. Embedded systems and control engineering from University of Leicester. My main interests are computer programming and electronics. My Technical skills are:

Academic subjects of interest: Electronics, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, English and Chemistry.

Software applications: MATLAB, Keil micro vision, TI Code composer studio, Xilinx ISE, Modelsim and MS Office tools.

Programming languages: C, C++, VHDL, Assembly language (8086), COBOL,
NATURAL, JCL and CICS.

Micro controller programming experience: Intel's 80x86, 8051 and LPC2129 (ARM based controller), Virtex 2 FPGA (project implementation).

Databases: DB2 and ADABAS.

Operating Systems: Windows XP and Z/OS(Mainframe).



Teaching Experience:

I am relatively new to tutoring but I have experience tutoring physics to my juniors at school and being a mentor at my former workplace in the field of IT/computers. I believe that studying should be fun with knowledge shared in a relaxed and casual style.



Tutoring Approach:

I believe that fundamentals and facts are the pillars for any branch of knowledge. I will provide enough examples to ensure that my student grasps the fundamentals well after which he/she would be able to appreciate the subject. Also, I will provide inspiration and motivation to learn the subject by citing the importance of the area of study and how problems are solved. Thus, after acquiring the clarity of the subject the student can easily and steadily finish the course work.
