Information About Amy:
Personal Description:
I'm a practicing artist who gained a degree in Fine Art in 2004 from Falmouth College of Art and Design. I have held many exhibitions and have painted for over 15 years. I'm currently finishing my teacher training PGCE.
Teaching Experience:
I spent four months in Japan teaching Japanese students conversational english in 2005 and for the last two years have been teaching life drawing and art at Access and Foundation levels at Exeter College. This has been part of my PGCE teaching qualification and work experience.
Tutoring Approach:
I have a gentle and encouraging approach to tutoring. I will not push students but will bring out the best qualities in them and will promote inclusivity and diversity, working alongside prescribed courses or design something specifically for the individuals' requirements.
