Personal Description:
I have recently graduated from the University of Bristol with a first class masters degree in mathematics. I love maths, and am enthusiastic about my subject. I am a friendly person and enjoy working with anyone with an interest in maths who wants to learn more!
Teaching Experience:
I have been working as a tutor of maths for the last month. Before that I have some experience gained through my degree of giving presentations. I understand the importance of presenting information as succinctly as possible.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is a hands on approach, I strongly believe its impossible to learn maths without getting stuck in and getting your hands dirty. I get my students to try out problems, this gives them the confidence to tackle the problems on their own. I try to advise my students what to learn and give intuitive reasons why things are true.
