Personal Description:
Based in Guildford, Zach has a BA Hons Music Degree
(courtesy of Middlesex University and The Academy of Contemporary Music) and has studied Music Technology and Music Business.
Zach is currently teaching after school guitar clubs and providing private tuition to children, teenagers and adults from beginners to progressive.
He has 7 years of teaching experience, a great passion for music and is CRB checked.
Teaching Experience:
A lot of private and group teaching experience. I have taught at The Maidenhead School of Music, Clives Music School and currently teach privately and in Primary Schools in and around Guildford.
Tutoring Approach:
The lessons must be fitted around the students needs for learning so they make the most out of it. Structured plans are good and regular checks for progress also help however music and guitar should be a fun subject to learn.
Lessons can cover;
Learning songs, reading music, chords and scales and songwriting and singing.
More advanced students may want to learn technical development and harmony and theory.
