Information About Ourega-Zoé:

Personal Description:

I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in July 2009. I obtained a MA in Economics (2:1). I then completed a MSc in Financial Economics at the University of Glasgow in September 2010. I am currently pursuing my studies at the University of Aberdeen where I started my PhD in Microeconomics in 2010. My research deals with spending comparisons and its potential link to adverse selection. I am keen on teaching and transmitting my talents to young and mature students.

Teaching Experience:

I have been tutoring student in French from various age (between 5 and 35). Then, I gave tutorials to 1st year economic students.

Tutoring Approach:

Depending on age I adapt the level and characteristics of my lessons. Children attention being short I have to be very creative and imaginative. The main concept is learning by playing. Through games and songs children are more receptive and do not feel the constraint of learning new language.
As for adults, I focus on the main concept to be remembered and try to explain with different examples if required.
