Osagie - Edgware tutor
Information About Osagie:
Personal Description:
I hold a BEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, an MSc (with Distinction) in Embedded Systems Engineering and obtained 5As (including Maths and Physics) in my GCSE equivalent.
I am currently a self-employed Software Engineer specialized in developing mobile applications but I still have an undying passion for teaching Maths and Physics.
Teaching Experience:
I was a Laboratory teaching assistant during my post graduate studies. I was also a volunteer Maths and Physics coach for teenagers in my Church who were preparing for their GCSE exams. Apart from that, I was the main tutor for my three younger siblings over a period of 5years - They all turned out with excellent GCSE grades.
Tutoring Approach:
I teach with two goals in mind - first to help them understand 'why?' and of course to help them obtain excellent grades in their exams. To obtain these goals, I use a lot of analogies for explanations and do a lot of practice sessions. I help my students understand the fundamentals of each topic and help them think from first principles. I am patient and use a teaching pace that suits the individual's ability.
