Personal Description:

I am an Environmental Engineering Professor looking for a Career Change in the UK. In the meanwhile, I am working in projects and short initiatives in the CSR and Sustainability fields, leaving me time enough to dedicate to my other passion, teaching.

Being a native Spanish speaker, I am still improving my basic French.



Teaching Experience:

I have always had a passion to teach performing this activities since my high-school time in a variety of subjects. I had the opportunity to be Teaching Assistant in the prestigious Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Concepcion, Chile, from 2001 to 2003, being part of innovative projects for an integral approach on students' development.

After a postgraduate internship at INRA-LBE, France, in 2003, I received an offer for a lecturing
position at the Catholic University of Temuco. First, I taught Engineering Science and applications on wastes, but later I also had the opportunity to collaborate on Social Studies courses and led administrative projects on Student Affairs.



Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring is always to increase learning and develop skills, including the ability to be self-educated to progress the knowledge through practice.
