Working as the schhol teacher for varius ages adaptibility and strong communicating skill are part of my nature now .Also have the innate nature of children inclined.
my last job was t run the girl's school as an administartor so parents and community involvment polished my capabilities of problem solving behaviour.
to accomplish any tuff task upto the mark is not a problem any time for me rather very enjoying to accomplish it and alwaysresult oriented.

5 years Adminstration experince + 5 years experince in primary and high school as a teacher.
Tutoring Approach:
To focus on adapting to the demands of tutees's mind and respecting his vivid imaginative world while attracting and retaining his attention.
Use of sensory and memory techniques, social stories and humour, and gives useful advice on issues such as understanding body language, adapting the teaching environment, devising homework schedules and coping with distractions.
Follow the short programme built around the tutees own interests, making use of simple material as well as computers and on-line resources.
