Information About Annette:
Personal Description:
I am a Computing Studies graduate and am currently working on my Masters in Business Systems Analyst and Design. I currently work in the management consulting sector. In my previous job; I trained new employees on our in house IT system. I am currently tutoring a student studying ICT A levels.
Teaching Experience:
I have several years of training children in ICT as well as a couple years experience of one on one tutoring in English and ICT. I have experience with children as young as eight up to adult age.
Tutoring Approach:
I went to university as a mature student and worked in a previous sector previous to doing my degree in Computing, so I appreciate the challenges of learning a subject. I am very patient and I explain the subject in a basic manner. I believe everyone has the ability and therefore I think it is very important to encourage the student; as sometimes they just need confirmation that they can do the work.
