Information About Steve:
Personal Description:
I am a 20 year old student. I am currently in my second year of a MSci degree in Chemistry at Glasgow university. I am a very open person and easy to get along with. I have a firm grasp of chemistry and find it easy to communicate my knowledge on the subject.
Teaching Experience:
I have limited experience in tutoring, I have tutored some 1st year university students in Chemistry. I also tutored younger students in the school I attended.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is usually a question and answer format. I will tackle the key issues the student has trouble with and use different techniques to best explain the topic to them. I am also fond of a problem based learning format in that I will set questions to be researched by the student and then talk them through their answers.

- 2 A*'s at GCSE level double award science, maths, english, spanish, ICT, history, technology, additional maths
- A in AS and A-level Chemistry
- C in AS and A-level Physics, also in Biology and a B in AS-level Maths
- A-4 in Chemistry-1 (1st year of university)
