Personal Description:
I am a 22 year old male currently in my fourth year at Warwick University taking a maths and physics undergraduate masters.
Teaching Experience:
During my time at Warwick I have taken part in various teaching schemes such as Teach First for which I worked with students aged 13 to 18 teaching maths, physics and chemistry.
I have some experience in one-to-one tuition through the Gateway to Teaching Scheme, which involved working with various school science departments in my home town, observing and educating classes. I have also organised personal A Level tuition in physics and chemistry during my university vacation periods.
Tutoring Approach:
Having studied and observed physics and maths from GCSE to University, I am familiar with the common difficulties found by students of varying abilities. During my teaching I am mindful of these pitfalls and am able to advise students on how best to tackle them and avoid them in future.
My passion for maths and physics allows me to teach with enthusiasm for the subject, which I believe motivates students to tackle new challenges with confidence.
