Information About Iain:
Personal Description:
Student at the university of Hull, aged 21. In my final year of a Politics degree. Expertise is in politics, with an extremely strong grounding as both a Politics academic and an active politician. Strong background in History, Philosophy, Theology, Military Strategy and in the arts.
Teaching Experience:
As a leader of political groups and societies, I have spent the last two years explaining politics and developing political understanding in others. I am a good teacher, and I am especially good at coaxing work out of students who would otherwise be a little reserved about the subject.
Tutoring Approach:
Comprehensive, always keeping the topic in context. I believe that a greater understanding of the whole situation leads to faster and more complete learning. Sticking to curriculum can have the effect of stunting actual understanding, and thus removing the chance to achieve the top grades
