Personal Description:

I have been teaching for about ten years, and have wide experience of teaching KS3, 4 and 5: state and private education establishments.

Personal interests include reading, music (both listening and preforming) and travel.

Teaching Experience:

I have been tutoring for about 7 years and teaching for near 10 years, I have experience of both the private and state education system.

Tutoring Approach:

I approach tutoring as a method of working firstly on basic skills of the subject, and then developing great subject knowledge. I will always have a plan of topics to cover in a session but will mainly be lead by the needs of the student on the day. This is often governed by topics covered at school or college.

Listening to the student is the first rule of progress.
