Personal Description:

I am a Research Scientist at Dundee University. I have a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry.
I enjoy teaching and have helped many students achieve high grades.



Teaching Experience:

I have over 15 years tutoring experience in Mathematics, Science Subjects and Primary English.
Lots of students that I have had the pleasure of tutoring have achieved grades exceeding their original expectations.
Lots of extremely satisfied students (and off course their parents). I can provide references from my past and present students.



Tutoring Approach:

I enjoy teaching and always try to make the subjects of Science and Mathematics both FUN and ENJOYABLE. I always try to make difficult concepts very easy to understand. This builds up the confidence that the students often need and they then start to enjoy the subjects and develop enquiring minds. They start becoming more inquisitive and thus start to enjoy their subjects and start to excel in them.

I also teach Scottish syllabus (Standard to Higher Grades in Science and Maths)

My advice is always to start learning early, not just before the exams are about to start. Although I can help students who start to panic at the last minute.
