Personal Description:
I am a qualified native Spanish teacher living in London from 2004. I am currently working as a teacher in a secondary school in Havering.
I am happy to tutor students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to A-levels and degree level.
Apart from Spanish lessons I can also help with essays, translation or any other Spanish assignments and I am also available for conversation practice for oral exams or general practice.
Teaching Experience:
I have several years experience in tutoring, as I have done English and Science tuition during my studies in Spain and also Spanish in London, from 2004.
Before my current teaching position, I worked as a supply teacher of Spanish and Science in different primary and secondary schools across London.
Small groups of learners (eg friends, familiy...) are particularly welcomed, and price reductions can be considered for more than two pupils
Tutoring Approach:
When teaching Spanish I work with the students to identify their needs and priorities and also their weak points. I put especial emphasis on conversation practice and pronunciation although a more theoretical, grammar-based approach can be taken if needed (like students taking GCSE or A-levels examinations). I like to take a friendly and casual approach with my students, as I firmly believe in the importance of work in a relaxed atmosphere to obtain the best of the learning experience.
