I have a very strong grasp of English, as shown by my first class degree in English language and literature from Oxford University. I also work as a freelance copyeditor and proofreader, often helping writers for whom English is a foreign language. My passion for singing led me into teaching and for last 4 years I have been sharing my passion and knowledge with many happy students. I am working with students of all ages and abilities, preparing students for auditions and performances, as well as with students who are signing just for their own pleasure.

During the lessons with me you'll learn healthy vocal technique, get an opportunity to explore and improve your voice, learn to develop healthy singing voice, learn about conscious and predictable control of your voice and build on your repertoire. I received an outstanding set of GCSE grades and my set of results was even published in the school newspaper. I like helping younger students in any way possible, in year 10, I helped those who have come from foreign countries or have a lower reading level and have difficulty reading to become fluent readers through a 'reading buddies' programme. That was when I realised that I am good at teaching and helping students. After that I tutored the younger children in family and friends and helped them get amazing grades for SAT'S and gcse's and I want to extend this to everyone that wants to receive good grades and achieve their dreams.
