Information About Usmaan:

Personal Description:

Hi! My name is Usmaan and I am a 3rd year Physics student at King's College London. I specialise in theoretical physics and I really enjoy teaching maths and physics :)

Teaching Experience:

I have tutored GCSE and A level physics for the past 2 months.

Tutoring Approach:

My lessons are usually based on one or two topics that the student requests. First I'll use a virtual whiteboard to explain visually and schematically any concepts they don't understand. Then once they're happy with the concepts we'll dive into some exam questions where I'll provide some hints to try and push them in the right direction. I don't give them the answer without an explanation though, I always encourage my students to think out loud so I can see any misconceptions they have.

Qualifications:

• Grade 8 in GCSE maths
• Grade 8-8 in Combined Science GCSE
• Grade A in A level physics
• Grade A in A level maths
