Personal Description:
My tutoring style is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to the needs of each individual learner. I adapt explanations to match the student's current knowledge level, learning preferences, and academic goals. Rather than simply providing answers, I encourage active participation through questioning, discussion, and guided problem-solving. This approach promotes critical thinking, builds confidence, and fosters a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
My teaching personality is patient, calm, and approachable, which helps create a positive and relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas, asking questions, and taking risks in their learning. I believe that students learn best when they feel supported and valued, so I take the time to build strong relationships based on trust, encouragement, and mutual respect.
I maintain a friendly and positive attitude while setting high expectations, helping students develop both confidence and resilience. I understand that every learner progresses at a different pace, and I adapt my teaching accordingly, providing additional support or challenge where needed.
My relaxed teaching style allows students to engage with learning without feeling overwhelmed, while my structured approach ensures lessons remain purposeful and productive.
Teaching Experience:
Since obtaining my QTS and PGCE, I have gained two years of teaching experience, including one year in the UK and one year in an international school setting, teaching students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. My undergraduate degree in Bsc (Hons) in Business Studies
