Personal Description:

Hi, I'm Tai, I'm 22 with experience in tutoring, training and coaching pupils. I'm flexible with my time, and committed to helping others.

Teaching Experience:

I have had multiple teaching opportunities throughout my career, beginning at school, being a student mentor to pupils in the year prior. In my first job, I was a trainer and had responsibility to train others, and coach them, using different training approaches to ensure that I met the needs of different learners. In University, I was a coach again to the beginners. In this we would discuss a range of different topics from writing styles, studying styles, and in depth studying. We would set targets with each other, and discuss these in our next session and hold each other accountable

Tutoring Approach:

I offer a Personalised and tailor programme to each student, enabling them to progress quickly towards their goals. We will work together, to identify learning opportunities. Learning should be a fun experience, and I use different forms of training to provide a fun training programme, I am committed to setting children up for success, using different training approaches, to ensure that they feel confident in their learning. I like to hold my pupils accountable. In our first meeting, we will discuss expectations, and targets, and I would like us to hold each other accountable

Qualifications:

• 11 GCSES including Maths and English (5-9)
• 4 A levels (C-A*)
• 2:1 Bachelors degree
