Personal Description:
I'm a final year medical student, who loves to teach!
I took A-Levels in Psychology, Biology and Chemistry in 2018 and GCSEs in 2016, and I know exactly how difficult they are.
As a student and tutor for GCSE, I know how to help your child understand their subjects well. I've been tutoring since I was 18 years old, therefore I can understand the importance of adjusting my teaching to fit each student's needs. I make sure students understand the content and not just memorise it. My teaching is application-based so they do lots of exam practice within my lessons, therefore understanding and achieving the grades they want!
Teaching Experience:
I've been tutoring for GCSE SCIENCE for 6 years, both privately and as an employee. Some of my students have been predicted As and A*s some of them had started at C grades when they came to me. Besides GCSE tutoring, I've been teaching anatomy and OSCE medical sessions to the lower years.
Tutoring Approach:
I enjoy getting to know my students and understanding their learning styles. I have a very patient and adaptable approach - I can go over concepts multiple times with lots of practice questions to ensure a full understanding of the topic. I like to go at the pace of the tutee - so no rushing!
