Wants to make his mark on a school's ethos, progress, and development by using his confidence and initiative to help pupils fulfil their potential. Possessing an open- minded and determined attitude he can motivate and inspire both himself and others to succeed. He has a long track record of being able to maintain good order and discipline among all the pupils, safeguarding their health and safety both when they are authorized to be on the school premises and when they are engaged in authorized school activities elsewhere. Right now, looking to work for a forward- thinking school which aims to attract, develop, and retain talented people.
