Molly - Croydon tutor

Information About Molly:

Personal Description:

I am a 24 year old Graduate of English Literature, and hold a Secondary English PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status from University of Roehampton. I have copious experience with children and teenagers with ASD/ADHD.

I am a happy go lucky person and I adore helping people achieve their potential. No issue is ever to big to over come and I am always happy to go at the clients pace.

Teaching Experience:

I work with secondary aged students, 11-16. I know the English National Curriculum well from KS3-KS4. I work well with shy and uncertain students as I was once this myself! I aspire to make my students feel safe, supported and guided to learn and achieve. If a student has additional needs, this is more than fine as I have 2.5 years working with students with a range of SEN and emotional/mental health needs.

Tutoring Approach:

I am very relaxed, friendly and someone who has experienced tutoring as a child myself - when I thought I could never improve. I usually teach between 1-2 hours with curren students, but am happy to alter this to fit the clients needs.

I use a range of approaches, drama, verbal, written and visual tactics to ensure the people I am teaching are being taught the way that works for them.
