Tutoring Approach:

As every student is different I use a personalised approach to instructing, supporting and evaluating students to ensure that they reach their best potential.

A brief description of my tutoring approach and process is as follows.

1. I offer a free initial discussion with every student to be able to understand the needs, deadlines and sensitivities (if any).
2. Before offering any guidance, I prepare a plan of work with well-defined milestones for us as a team to achieve.
3. With my years of experience, I tailor my approach of guidance to match the personality, strengths and weaknesses of every student. This ensures the maximum chances of a successful collaboration between us and excellent end results for the student.
4. I review the student's progress at regular intervals to make changes to our plan of work and also keep contingency arrangements for emergencies.
Throughout the course of my guidance, I rely on frank discussions with the student to ensure that we are on the same page and we are on track to complete the tasks on time.
