Personal Description:
I am a current health and social care teacher at KS4 and 6th form, with prior experience of teaching in a further education college.
Teaching Experience:
I have successfully supported students on their level 1, 2 and 3 courses and with progression onto university. I have a wide range of vocational experience in a range of settings over 10 years which support with context based teaching to facilitate better understanding of abstract concepts
Tutoring Approach:
Lessons will be tailored to each individual student, it is important to me that your tutoring sessions meet your exact needs. I can support with all learners undertaking any health and social care, sociology, or psychology course from level 1 up to level 5.
I will carry out an assessment of needs during the initial session to ensure lessons are tailored personally to you. I will support with assignment and essay writing, curriculum content and progression onto university, supporting through the UCAS process, including writing personal statements. Having successfully support 52 students over the last 3 years into university on a range of courses including nursing, midwifery, speech and language therapy and sociology
