Personal Description:
A vastly experienced Politics graduate from Exeter University .
I graduated from Exeter University with a 2:1 in Politics and spent a number of years working in the Civil Service and in Parliament as a researcher and speech writer, and thus have both academic and professional experience within the subject areas.
I achieved high grades in A-level Politics, History and Ancient History and believe I have the skills to bring the subjects to life in a way that engages and inspires students to want to learn more.
I have tutored students in the area for the last three years and have averaged a two grade jump from mocks to final exams.

Tutoring Approach:
My teaching methodology is very adaptive. It will focus on the areas that the student is struggling with. This may include theory, use of evidence, essay structuring, time management. Politics is a subject of opinion/argument rather than fact, much of my teaching will involve conversation and debate to build knowledge and confidence.
