Personal Description:

Bri is based in Surrey, UK and works out of her home studio.
As a professional artist Bri has sold work across the globe, and exhibited her work across the U.K. Her main focus was street art. A C.V of her exhibitions and shows can be found below. Using the handle Mozart Circus , Bri started with the UK's most profound sneaker show in 2013 - Crepe City, Bri then continued to exhibit her work throughout the UK until 2019.
Since changing her direction from trainers to tutoring, her portfolio has expanded, and her expertise has led into a more traditional approach. Bri has been tutoring drawing & and painting to students since 2014, and has continued to grow her client base since then.
Her independent beginners' workshops halted at the start of 2020 due to the Corona Virus pandemic, so since then she has turned her hand to pet portraits and launched her beginners workshops online.

Teaching Experience:

As well as working as a freelance artist Briony is an accomplished art tutor with many years' experience. She is able to hold classes for all levels including both complete beginners, & more advanced students.

Tutoring Approach:

I will provide you with live demonstrations and personal guidance, live from my studio using my HD streaming webcam. I will introduce you to the basics of pencil drawing & sketching with professional advice and tuition. I am able to cover topics such as mark-making, perspective, portraits, sighting, grid-drawings and much more, including further projects for you to continue with in your own time.

Exercises will be explained using easy to follow step-by-step instructions which will develop your understanding of traditional skills and techniques. You will have a full and flat view of my easel as I work for ease of learning, and I will provide interactive visuals to reference famous drawings and paintings!
