Personal Description:
I'm 22 years old and i've recently left university. I specialise in teaching maths up to GCSE level and I've maintained and achieved an A (8) in my final GCSE exams.
Having been at the bottom of my class up until year 10 I'm fully aware of the struggles most children face when it comes to improving their maths and having gone from bottom of my class to the top I feel more than qualified to help others do exactly that.

Tutoring Approach:
I like to take a somewhat "casual" approach with tutoring. There's nothing more discouraging than having an overbearing tutor criticise and complain about your work, but there's also not much to gain from having a tutor that's too passive and refuses to gently nudge when the time is right.
That's why it's important to find a balance and that's exactly what I try to achieve.
I'll start by asking a few general Maths questions to see what areas need to be improved and honed in on and afterwards i'll create a step-by-step strategy custom tailored to your child that will take them from underperforming to being at the top of their game.
