Information About Natasha:
Personal Description:
I studied business studies and global sustainable development and the University of Warwick, graduating with a 2:1. I am currently teaching business studies to years 10 - 13 (aged 14 to 18) in a secondary school in London. I am particularly familiar with the AQA GCSE exam board but can teach any GCSE or A-Level course. I am also half German and have an A* in German GCSE and an A in German A-Level and can tutor German up until GCSE level.
Teaching Experience:
I am working full time as a secondary school teacher.
Tutoring Approach:
I can scaffold work pupils are struggling with and help them gain a deep understanding of the business concepts they are required to know. Whilst this is crucial for success, pupils often struggle to attain high marks because they are not used to the exam technique and analysis skills required. Based on the pupil's individual needs, I can help them develop their analysis and application skills. Even if pupils know the key ideas, they can't achieve success at GCSE without applying their knowledge to the different contexts provided in the case studies. With practice and support I can help them develop this tricky skill.
