Personal Description:

I am a final year PhD student in Immunology with strong passion in teaching. I regularly give lectures to undergraduates in my program. I adapt well to my environment and work in a very meticulous matter. I value understanding concepts rather than copy and pasting when it comes to learning. I am very passionate in education and believe that everyone has the right to learn anything they want to.



Teaching Experience:

I started my tutoring professionally during my university days where I was hired by the Higher Education Opportunity Program in New York to provide private tutoring to struggling college students. I have successfully converted an average C student to an A student in life sciences subjects not limited to Biology and Chemistry.

Since then, I have continued my teaching experience here and there when formally requested by friends of previous clients. Most often now, I tutor online and it has been going really well.



Tutoring Approach:

I tailor my teaching to how the student best learn, be it through games or incentivised quizzes. The key to learning is to understand the fundamental concepts and, I , then provide problems that requires the student to apply their knowledge rather than copy and pasting.
