Information About Serena:
Personal Description:
I am an experienced and enthusiastic Italian, English, Spanish teacher with a bachelor's degree in Modern Foreign Languages (Italian, English, Spanish), a master's degree in translation and teaching and a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) by Cambridge ESOL. I was born and raised up in Italy but I have been travelling all around Europe since I was a child. I believe I am very friendly, open and sociable.
Teaching Experience:
Since 2016 I have been teaching in the private school at "Leicester Language Academy" and tutoring students on Skype.
Tutoring Approach:
I provide courses and private tutorials for IELTS/PET/FCE/CAE/CPE English exams and one to one Spanish and Italian lessons if students want to learn a new language.
During my classes I will be showing different research methods students can use, tips on the written essays, help with preparing presentations and improving the fluency of students' speech. I have taught English literature and I can also proofread documentations. In my lessons I always try to find the right balance between learning and enjoyment.
