Personal Description:
I am an enthusiastic and committed teacher of a geography. I have been teaching for 10 Years. I am fully versed on the demands of the new GCSE specification and have a plethora of tools and resources to cater for a range of learning styles.
Teaching Experience:
I have a wealth of experience in teaching Geography across the 11-18 age range. I have taught in mixed comprehensive schools and have 7 years experience of teaching in a grammar school.I have a proven track record of helping students make sustained progress and reach their full potential. This is evidenced by strong examination outcomes.
Tutoring Approach:
As a currently practising teacher of GCSE and A level in a high performing school, I am able to adapt my teaching style to the requirements of each student. Arming students with the tools to interpret and respond to examination style questions is the key to success and this is the focus of my sessions.
