Personal Description:
I have dedicated over 11 years to teaching students in Maths and Accounts from 8 years old to 60+. I am up-to-date with the ongoing curriculum changes and have covered KS2 up to and including GCSE levels. I have taught students with learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and have gained experience in the need to adjust teaching styles to each individual.

Tutoring Approach:
My approach to tutoring is generally tailored to each individual student. Most students are inclined to learning using various visual, auditory, kinaesthetic methods of teaching and I adopt this approach in my lessons as much as possible. My general approach centres around identifying key areas of difficulty, areas of misunderstanding, consolidation through questions and preparation for exams using a holistic approach.
The first session is spent assessing what would be most useful for the individual student.
