Personal Description:
Hi. My name's Zen. I like playing poker, chess, and video games too. I also enjoy going to the gym, and playing football with friends.
Teaching Experience:
I completed my TEFL Master course in March 2015 with Grade A distinction, and I have been teaching English as a second language in local English language academies in Zaragoza, Spain ever since!
Although most of my classes focused on Cambridge exams (A1-C2), I also gave business classes and conversation classes which focused on fluency and pronunciation. While living and working in Spain, I also taught ESL online on a one-to-one basis to students from all around the world. Currently, I teach students from Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Tutoring Approach:
My teaching methodology is very simple. First, I present the theory/grammar and ensure you understand the concept.
Then, we do some tasks together related to the theory/grammar we have covered. This is where we clear up any doubts you may have.
Finally, we perform tasks and engage in activities where your newfound knowledge is tested. I'll give you feedback (and homework, if requested,) accordingly.
Throughout the whole process, any mistakes/errors are highlighted, corrected, and explained, but don't let this put you off: my teaching style is friendly and I'm very patient.
