Personal Description:

I have been a teaching assistant for 5 years, working with a range of abilities as well as within a variety of year groups.



Teaching Experience:

I am currently working in year 6 and have experience teaching SAT's booster groups and have good knowledge of the year 6 curriculum. I can offer tuition in maths, reading comprehension, writing or spelling and grammar including practice of SAT's style questions and any other areas where the pupil may struggle. I can also offer preparation for entrance exams including maths, English (reading and writing) and also verbal reasoning.



Tutoring Approach:

I am patient, friendly and approachable as well as encouraging and willing to work through any difficulties the pupil may have by taking an individualistic approach to the pupil's learning.

  • GCSE Maths - C and functional skills qualification level 2 in maths
  • BA Hons Degree in Education
