Personal Description:

I am a 32-year old native French, arrived in Bristol last year.

I have a Master's degree in International Management & Business Administration (France), a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies obtained in Leicester, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management & Business Administration (from France). I also have a Scientific Baccalaureate (A-levels).

I have two children, a 4-year old daughter and a 1-year old son.

I try to make the most of our experience in England, discovering the surroundings and getting to know the English culture and way of living.

Teaching Experience:

Being one of the oldest, I had the opportunity to help my brothers and cousins with their housework and essays.

Throughout my carrer, I have acquired a thorough knowledge of working with various profiles of people, and I was often asked to motivate them alongside one common objective.
I have the feeling I could do the same while tutoring, and that my organisational ability, communication skills and attention to detail together with my willingness to teach and inspire people could be useful.

Tutoring Approach:

As a native French, I have been speaking that language for 32 years now.
Yet, I remember well my primary school lessons and that I always liked learning French's special features, such as its rules of grammar and spelling and all the various tools available to express one's thoughts whether in writing or at speaking. My friends would say that I am always here to correct one's mistake :-)

Arriving in Bristol last year, I had the opportuniy to help my 2.5-year old daughter, who was born in France, to learn English.
I had been amazed how she quickly got to it, to the language and the way of living. It confirmed the idea I had had that learning another language isn't just about being able to master it to travel or work in another country. It is most importantly the opportunity for someone to get to know new cultures and ways of thinking, that could result in deepening one's understanding of the world and enrich one's personnality.

I would be glad to share my experiences and competences with you, helping you discovering French or strengthening your knowledge.
