Personal Description:
I hold two master's degrees: one in Conflict, Governance, and Development from the University of York in the United Kingdom and another as an Executive MBA from Dauphine University in France. Additionally, I obtained my bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), I bring 22 years of extensive experience in the development sector, working effectively with public, private, and international organisations across multiple countries. In the United Kingdom, I worked with the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire, North Yorkshire Council, Documentary Production, and Members of Parliament's offices, as well as roles in the private sector.
Teaching Experience:
I am a native Arabic speaker and an accomplished Arabic instructor with a strong focus on achieving student objectives. Currently, I engage in part-time teaching and training.
I possess over 15 years of experience in delivering lessons that are tailored to the interests and needs of students and clients. I am knowledgeable in standard instructional principles and modern methodologies for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, including individuals from English, Turkish, Indian, Italian, and German backgrounds. This extensive experience has provided me with the requisite qualifications to effectively plan courses, implement diverse teaching theories and methods, and facilitate communication. I am adept at managing both administrative and instructional responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism. Furthermore, I have strong capabilities in English-to-Arabic translation.

My approach to teaching is both SMART and holistic, taking into account the cabapility and cultural sensitivities of each student. I strive to be friendly and responsive, maintaining an authoritative rather than authoritarian demeanor.
