Personal Description:
I am a native Arabic speaker, very passionate and knowledgeable Arabic teacher.
Teaching on a part-time basis at the moment.
Academically, I have two master degrees; one in conflict, governance and development at university of York in UK., and the second is an executive MBA from Dauphine University, France in cooperation with HIBA in Syrian and Saint Joseph in Lebanon. Further, my BA was in English Language and Literature.
Professionally, I'm a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with 20 years experience in development sectors within public, private and international organizations in various countries.
I worked for more than 4 years with the North Yorkshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Office in policy and delivering projects.
Teaching Experience:
I have more than 11 years experience delivering lessons focused on the interests and needs of student/ clients.
Knowledgeable of standard instruction principles, modern tools for teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic speakers (English, Turkish, Indians, Italians and Germans).
This experience has equipped me by fully require qualifications from planning the course, teaching theories and methods to communication.
Ability to handle both administrative and teaching duties with a high degree of professionalism.). Besides to solid English-to-Arabic translation abilities.
Tutoring Approach:
My approaches are SMART and holistic in nature, and take in my account the culture sensitivity for each student. I am friendly and responsive, authoritative vs. authoritarian. My teaching style is more customized to meet the defined objectives. Sometime could be formal or informal, especially for students under 18 years.
