Personal Description:
I am a 37 year-old Primay School Teacher, and I can help improve your child's reading, writing and mathematical skills. I have taught in KS1 and KS2, and I specialise in preparing pupils for their year 6 Sats exams. I have a friendly and patient approach and aim to make your child's learning experience fun and relaxed so that they grow in progress and confidence through positive learning experiences and success. I can provide individualised, one-to-one tutoring, that children greatly benefit from. You will see your child grow in confidence and ability!
Teaching Experience:
I have ten years teaching experience, mainly in KS2. I have delivered interventions and booster groups in schools for the preparation of national tests (Sats). I have also taught as a classroom teacher in year 2, 5 and 6 and my most recent teaching observations are recorded as outstanding. I have recent experience of the current testing criteria for reading, SPAG and maths.
