Personal Description:
I am French native speaker. I come from Toulouse, in the South of France, well known for its food, its European aerospace industry and its 2 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
I worked as French language assistant (volunteering) at St Brendan's Sixth Form College (Bristol) with small groups of French A level students, practicing the speaking because learning a language can be tough, especially French with all its rules, exceptions and spelling. I helped them to improve their level quickly and efficiently. I worked in collaboration with the teacher, took her instructions and provided her with feedback on the students' performance and progress. They were able to hold a conversation and as a result, they felt more confident. I delivered quality teaching to students from all cultural and religious backgrounds. I related well with them, they loved working with me.
My private lessons are customised to each student's individual needs and are designed to be fun and interactive. I work in a comfortable and relaxed environment. I adapt my lessons according to their level.
They are from all ages (from 6 to 69 years old), from beginners to A-Level and lessons are either face to face or in small groups.
They appreciate my happiness, my sense of humour and my ability to use the right words and to provide simple and clear explanations. The most important is to keep things interesting and entertaining for the students.
I am an excellent communicator, an extremely enthusiastic and positive classroom practitioner who encourages students of all abilities to achieve fantastic results. I am patient, flexible, and motivational.
I have a great understanding of how to keep you engaged during the lessons. Passionate about this profession, I seek continuous improvement. I have a positive mindset and I always do my very best for students. I am able to maximise their potential, in recognising that every student is unique and learns in different ways
