Information About Ellie:

Personal Description:

My name is Ellie and I am currently a university student at Oxford Brookes University, in my fourth year. I am native English however grew up in Spain and lived there for 12 years before coming to university, therefore am considered to be completely bilingual. I have availability for classes weekdays and weekends.

Teaching Experience:

I spent one year tutoring in Spanish with two primary school children who were English and had just moved to Spain therefore had little knowledge of the language.
I also worked at a Summer camp teaching English to Spanish children aged 3 - 15

Tutoring Approach:

I believe conversation is very important when learning a language as the true ability to speak a language is learnt through conversing with people of that nationality. I like my classes to be relevant and fun yet at the same time challenging.
