Personal Description:

My name is Magali. Established in Lancashire since 1993, I'm a French native tutor, translator and interpreter. In my leisure time, I also do creative writing - either in French or in English.
My B.A. (NARIC equivalence, Clermont-Ferrand II, 1993) contains:
a text translation module. I work in respect of strict confidentiality, always ensuring that your privacy is fully protected.
E.F.L. module (teaching French as a foreign language).
I am DBS checked - and passionate for teaching. This year, I also manage a group of adults in ESOL at BLS, Bolton Language Society as a volunteer.
Your results are my results so I do make sure that whatever the job, it is conducted with great care, patience and according to High Quality Standards.

I have taught French as a tutor since 1990; my learners have had excellent rates of success.
Whether you are studying GCSE or want to brush up your skills from beginner to advanced level, I can help you practice spoken and written French, at your own pace and according to your very requirements.

ESOL teacher for Adults, Entry Level 1, Bolton Language Society, Bolton since September 2016.

Tutoring Approach:

Friendly approach.
I evaluate and get a feel of my Learners' level and fluency.
I consolidate their basics, bit by bits while also introducing new elements, using an easy-going building-up approach.
I like my courses to be enjoyable, lively and interesting: tuition is not about copying words or swallowing a dictionary. It's all about practice and feeling confident - also confident to make mistakes, which I welcome as much as good expression.
