Personal Description:

I am an experienced and currently practising high school and sixth form college teacher with a proven track record. I have consistently managed to outperform colleagues thereby building up a respectable position in all the establishments I have worked in. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual and I take a great deal of pride in my work. Without exception I am able to develop a positive rapour with students assisting me in getting the most out of them.



Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching Accounting and Economics AS/A level for more than 20 years in Redbridge, Newham and overseas. In this time I have achieved Ofsted rated grade 1 lessons. I am currently teaching at Havering Sixth Form College, after some time at Seven Kings High School..



Tutoring Approach:

I implement a combination of teacher and student led approaches carefully designed to meet the individual needs of students. Essentially, students need a supported approach requiring identification of needs, thoughtful delivery of concepts and amples of practice. This rigourous yet sympathetic approach is accompanied by regular assessment through verbal Q and A and traditional assessment methods with clear and constructive feedback.
