Information About Janice:
Personal Description:
I am a mother of four sons and have over 15 years teaching experience. I enjoy the outdoors and keep fit by jogging and practicing yoga everyday. I am highly motivated and enjoying learning new skills currently I am learning Spanish.
Teaching Experience:
I have 15 years teaching experience in biology ranging from practical experimental work through to explaining detailed molecular mechanisms at post graduate levels. I have taught school students biology as a tutor for the past 8 years.
I am currently lecture at university from 1st year through to post graduate level and I am programme lead for Food Biosciences
Tutoring Approach:
As each individual student has different needs and different learning preferences I tailor the lessons to the individual student. I generally would discuss with the student the way they prefer to learn and put together lesson plans that reflect this.
