Information About Harry:


Personal Description:

Doctor working in Cardiac Surgery at Papworth hospital. I have postgraduate qualifications in medical education (PGcert) and currently undertaking PGdiploma in medical education. I have a BSc in cellular and molecular pathology, I was award a national bursary of £15,000 for my project and presented it nationally achieving an award from the royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh. I am currently undertaking a masters in translational cardiovascular medicine.



Teaching Experience:

I have experience in tutoring GCSE Physics, Biology and Chemistry. I partake in debating societies and have experience in navigating debates and playing devil's advocate in order to allow students to explore counter arguments and sustain and develop their own arguments.

I spent 12 weeks tutoring Chemistry at AS and A2 level to two separate students whilst studying my A level Chemistry myself, both students achieved their first or second choice university. Finally, I have led teaching of physiology, anatomy and medicine to 1st and 2nd year medical students in Revision society sessions.

I have taught medical students for 4 years and have designed teaching programmes for medical students.
