Personal Description:
I am a French native speaker and have now lived in the UK for over 20 years. I have taught in schools as a French, English and German teacher and as a tutor for over 15 years.
I am fluent in both French and English and thoroughly enjoy tutoring.
Teaching Experience:
I have taught in a few schools and am familiar with different exam boards (AQA, OCR, EDEXCEL...). I have also taught at University and at a Language centre for adult evening classes. So, I can teach groups and individuals.
I am very pleased with my students progress as they achieve very good results and become more confident.
I have taught GCSE and A' level French, GCSE English and GCSE German.
In English, recently , I have worked closely with dyslexic students and used the toe by toe method.
I have prepared many students for the entrance exams 11 plus and got 100 % pass rate.
Tutoring Approach:
I am a self-disciplined individual who has high expectations and a flexible approach to learning. As a teacher, I am encouraging and positive and believe in my students potential. I have seen great results and progress in all of my students after sometimes just a few lessons. I believe in regular weekly lessons to ensure good progress.
