Personal Description:
Music is a huge part of my life and, from the age of 7, was taught music by the late Jimmy Blair (Glasgow). I have played various instruments and I am a Scottish & British piano-accordion player at solo, duet, group & band level. I play traditional Scottish music and Classical. I began teaching practical & the theory of music to to others (children & adults) from the age of 19. I believe music should be taught in a relaxed way, however to learn & succeed you must practise and you must have self discipline. And, no matter your natural talent, if you love music and want to learn.. that's the best way forward. If you want to play for relaxation, fun or enjoyment or to pass exams, I am more than happy to help. I cannot do it for you, but I can teach & guide and everyone is unique.
