Ascertain student's needs and chalk out a tutoring plan for the student (in consultation with the student) in such a way that available time is effectively used to cover as much topics as reasonably possible always keeping the student's ability to grasp new concepts as the key. I have conducted many training programs and given lectures in training workshops in my previous work places.
