Personal Description:
I am an experienced tutor and secondary school teacher with experience at teaching English as an academic subject and as a foreign language.
Teaching Experience:
I am a qualified secondary school teacher with experience teaching in secondary schools and further education colleges. I have twenty years' experience of teaching GCSE and A level English and am an examiner for AQA GCSE English and have previously been a examiner for GCSE English Literature and English KS3 SATs tests.
Tutoring Approach:
I have several years tutoring experience on a one to one basis and have found that students can make exceptional progress when the teaching is targeted to their needs and level. I have enjoyed considerable success at enabling students to reach their full potential and particularly enjoy working with the student to towards exam success.
